Flexible Metal Inc. designs and manufacturers flexible tubing asemblies for the engine and chassis of automotive, truck and off highway equipment. These components include:

FMI employs advanced design software including computer aided design, three dimensional modeling, and structural and thermal finite element analyses. This analytical capability is combined with complete prototype fabrication capability and development testing facilities.

Manufacturing facilities include high volume bellows hydroforming, CNC tube bending, tube mills, and robotic welding and brazing. These capabilities and others are organized into manufacturing cells specializing in tubular assemblies through 1" diameter, tubular assemblies over 1" through 4" diameter, bellows assemblies (expansion joints) and fabricated assemblies.
